Dessins à quatre mains / Four hands drawings - Part I
From Alea :
With Lyktwasst, we experienced drawing with four hands.
We both have a very different approach of drawing, it was interesting to compare these two worlds.
Armed with our pen and India ink, we shared for a time our characters and our lines.
One of us began drawing, and the other ended it. Or in each turn, we add our touch to the drawing.
Here are some drawings, we'll show the others in a future article.

Avec Lyktwasst, nous avons expérimenté le dessin à quatre mains.
Ayant chacun une pratique très différente du dessin, c'était intéressant de confronter ces deux univers.
Armés de notre plume et d'encre de Chine, nous avons partagé pour un temps nos figures et nos traits.
L'un de nous commençait le dessin, et l'autre le finissait. Ou chacun notre tour, nous ajoutions notre touche au dessin.
Voici quelques dessins, nous vous montrerons les autres dans un prochain article.

Londres - Part III

Back to share the remaining images of London!
With views of the vintage tea room, the Natural History Museum and delicious things to eat (sometimes already eaten on the photos, I must say ...).
It really was a very nice weekend, hope to return there soon!

Londres - Part II

I'm back and fully operational for the new year.
First of all, I wish you all the best for 2012. May this year be rewarding, interesting and exciting!
My work at France Culture is now over and I'm going back in my studies, I'm approaching dangerously my final degree.
I'll be able to reinvest Life's Decay in which I have a lot of ideas and things to do.
A new album is on its way!
I am currently also preparing a book with a series of drawings I made from 2009 to 2011, it will be on sale soon, I'm working actively on it.

I discovered a fascinating small tea room, a warm and mysterious little place that gathered me frozen after a long walk in the cold streets of London.
Between the tea room and the clothing boutique and the vintage accessories, the decor is definitely magical.

J’ai pu découvrir un petit salon de thé fascinant, une petite antre mystérieuse et chaleureuse qui m’a recueillie glacée après une longue balade dans le froid des rues londoniennes.
Entre salon de thé et boutique de vêtements et d’accessoires vintage, essentiellement début de siècle, le décor est résolument magique.

Life's Decay is featuring on the new "Dark Meadow's Lonely Christmas vol.2" compilation ! This year with the "Life's Decay - Exaissance" track.
Life's Decay was already a part of the vol.1 that was released last year.

Life's Decay fait partit de la nouvelle compilation "Dark Meadow's Lonely Christmas vol.2" ! Cette année, avec le morceau "Life's Decay - Exaissance".
Life's Decay prennait déjà part au vol.1 publié l'année dernière.

"4 Discs in DVD case, 2 double page inserts. DMR sticker.
Last years Lonely Christmas was presented on 2 discs, in cardboard case, 26 artists spanning quite a mixed bag. This year's we decided to be kinder to the artists by giving them more minutes, but it turned out they didn't care for that... but still topping up with 36 artists, or at least 36 guises of various underground individuals the compilation manages to get you thru what would be an extremely long day.
Like last year, near all participants forgot the ode to christmas the album was supposed to be and made nothing christmas based, this year even more fucked it. Proving we're more bah humbug than one originally thought. The odes to christmas that do feature certainly leaves a bitter taste but luckily Santa has kept his cock in his trousers and not cum all over your mothers tits like last years biographical track by Ghoul Detail. The 4 discs are made up of as many musical genres and non musical genres as you could imagine. Many has already graced DMR's discography but the rest have become friends and neighbours within various scenes.
Ambient, Black Metal, Drone, Harsh Ambient, Industrial, Electronica, Noise, even Jazz covered across the discs."
